About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Process Technologist to join our dynamic team at Blue Spark Organisation Ltd.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for championing process excellence and supporting cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality process development/innovation projects.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled individual who can evaluate products' scalability to meet customer expectations, oversee raw material sign-off, labelling, and packaging approval, and drive quality and continuous improvement across the business.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Food Science or Technology qualification and previous experience in a similar role within the food manufacturing industry.

You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an analytical approach, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
