About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostics Process Excellence Professional to join our team in Llanberis, North Wales. As a key member of our improvement team, you will play a vital role in innovating the future of our business by focusing on process variability and utilizing data-driven approaches to improve manufacturing systems.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will lead projects and project teams responsible for improving testing and manufacturing variability associated with IMMULITE products.
  • You will apply scientific and statistical principles to identify, collect, and analyze testing and manufacturing data to determine root causes and develop effective solutions.
  • You will carry out data analysis, data presentation, planning, and reporting for each improvement activity.

About You:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience within the diagnostics, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry or relevant transferable experience is required.
  • A postgraduate or graduate degree in a science or engineering discipline is ideal.
  • Experience in project management and project delivery, including process improvements, Lean, and 6-sigma is essential.
  • You must be able to work cross-site and cross-functionally, demonstrating excellent teamwork and communication skills.

What We Offer:
