**About Our Client**:

The key responsibilities of the accounts assistant will include:

- Record financial transactions in ledgers, journals, and computer software.
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients or customers.
- Verify and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Process and manage incoming invoices.
- Ensure timely payment of bills and expenses.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Respond to enquiries from clients, vendors, and internal departments.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy.
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned by supervisors.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong EXCEL knowledge.
- Ability to work well independently, as well as with a team.
- Great organisational skills
