">About the Job: As a Technical Operations Engineer/Scientist, you will play a crucial role in driving process excellence and improving manufacturing systems. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality products to meet the needs of our customers.
">Your Responsibilities:
- Lead projects and project teams focused on improving testing and manufacturing variability associated with IMMULITE products.
- Apply scientific and statistical principles to analyze testing and manufacturing data, identifying root causes and developing effective solutions.
- Carry out data analysis, data presentation, planning, and reporting for each improvement activity.
About You:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience within the diagnostics, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry or relevant transferable experience is required.
- A postgraduate or graduate degree in a science or engineering discipline is ideal.
- Experience in project management and project delivery, including process improvements, Lean, and 6-sigma is essential.
- You must be able to work cross-site and cross-functionally, demonstrating excellent teamwork and communication skills.
