Job Overview

Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Lead to join our team. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinicians and staff in delivering high-quality patient care.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our clinicians and staff, including correspondence, appointment booking, and data entry.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Supervise and mentor administrative staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
