Your Responsibilities:- Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of the home's functioning, acting as the primary point of contact for residents, families, and external stakeholders.
- Resident Care & Wellbeing: Champion the emotional, physical, spiritual, and medical needs of each resident, ensuring their individual care plans are implemented effectively.
- Staff Leadership: Collaborate with the ownership team on recruitment, training, supervision, and performance management of our dedicated staff.
- Financial Management: Monitor daily expenditures, prepare budgets, and ensure financial accountability within the allocated resources.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to all relevant regulations and standards set by governing bodies, ensuring a safe and compliant environment for residents and staff.
