Job Title: Care Home Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Home Registered Nurse to join our team at Optimam Complex Care Limited. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality support and care to our adult patients with breathing difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centred support and care to our clients with breathing difficulties
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high standards of care
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with our clients and their families
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse qualification and current registration with the NMC
  • Experience of working with adult patients with breathing difficulties
  • Ability to work flexibly, including night shifts and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
