Job responsibilities

\u2022 Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
\u2022 Provide safe and effective medication management
\u2022 Deliver high-quality care that meets the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents
\u2022 Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
\u2022 Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices

Requirements

\u2022 Current NMC registration
\u2022 Good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices
\u2022 Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
\u2022 Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
\u2022 Dedicated and compassionate approach to nursing
