Academics LTD is seeking a skilled Mental Health Support Assistant to join their team at a Specialist School in Oxford.

The successful candidate will have a strong academic background in Psychology or Criminology and be passionate about supporting the mental health of young people.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain experience in the Mental Health Sector and make a positive impact on the lives of students.

The Mental Health Support Assistant will work closely with the school's dedicated staff to provide a supportive environment for students with social, emotional and mental health needs.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, empathetic and able to build strong relationships with students, parents and colleagues.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £26,500 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including
