Our brand is built on the principle that the beauty of our skin is influenced by our emotional state, and we offer proven-effective solutions to address dull, tired, or tense skin conditions leading to premature aging signs.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Sales
    1. To proactively sell products and provide exceptional service to customers.
    2. To meet or exceed sales targets set by your line manager.
    3. To proactively cross-sell across product categories, increasing average sale value (ASV) and unit sale.
    4. To accurately complete attendance sheets each month.
    5. To prepare and organize counter activities with the store and Counter Manager.
    6. To book Beauty Room events.
    7. To complete sickness forms in a timely manner.
    8. To leverage emotional intelligence through storytelling, educating clients about our heritage and values.
    9. To identify client intentions and maximize sales opportunities through brand knowledge and sales techniques.
    10. To achieve sales targets, ASV, and unit sale targets.
    11. To be knowledgeable about all products and propose personalized recommendations to clients.
    12. To confidently explain product benefits and overcome objections.
    13. To conduct product demonstrations through skincare consultations, makeovers, and protocols.
    14. To recruit new customers through in-store promotions.
    15. To understand and address client needs.
    16. To develop personal relationships with clients and foster loyalty.
    17. To ensure customer data capture following GDPR guidelines.
    18. To educate clients about products and the brand.
  2. General
    1. To monitor stock levels and report any issues to the Counter Manager.
    2. To participate in merchandise management and adhere to corporate guidelines.
    3. To perform operational and administrative tasks assigned by management.
    4. To represent the brand at all times.
    5. To comply with Company procedures and policies outlined in the employee handbook.
    6. To build relationships with store management and adhere to store policies and procedures.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
