Technical Sales Professional - Ventilation

We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Professional to join our team at Mitchell Maguire.

The estimated salary for this role is £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, plus bonus.

About the Company

Mitchell Maguire is a leading recruitment agency specialising in the placement of professionals within the construction industry.

As a Technical Sales Professional, you will be responsible for managing order values ranging from £1k to £250k per project. You will provide technical support to customers, including evaluating drawings and optimising sustainable solutions.

  • Providing hands-on training to customers and other team members
  • Dealing with installers, contractors, architects, surveyors, and specifiers to sell ventilation systems
Key Responsibilities
  • Developing sales strategies to meet KPIs
  • Maintaining detailed knowledge of ventilation regulations and legislations
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Technical Sales Manager in the ventilation industry
  • Certification in Passivhaus design or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
