Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our home's facilities, including routine maintenance tasks, equipment repairs, and liaison with contractors.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and resident emergency systems
  • Liaise with contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks

Requirements:

  • Strong desire to help others and put residents at the heart of everything you do
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
