Job Description: Team Performance Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Team Performance Coordinator to join our team in the United Kingdom. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving team performance and achieving business objectives.

About the Role:
• Coordinate team activities and ensure efficient execution of tasks and projects
• Assist the management team in developing and implementing effective strategies to improve team performance
• Conduct regular team meetings to provide feedback and address issues
• Monitor and report on team performance, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met
• Assist in the training and development of new team members
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Responsibilities:
