Vehicle Cleaning Team Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Vehicle Cleaning Team Coordinator to join our team at Arnold Clark in Aberdeen. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our valet sites.
About the Role:
You'll be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of our vehicle cleaning team, including managing schedules, allocating tasks, and ensuring that all vehicles are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the work of the vehicle cleaning team to ensure efficient use of resources
- Manage schedules and allocate tasks to ensure timely completion of work
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle cleaning activities and report any issues to management
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also be highly detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career progression and professional development.
