Job Description:

  • Work with the Local Housing Manager to coordinate analysis and reporting of management and performance information.
  • Identify areas for improvement in core service delivery and develop strategies to address these issues.
  • Develop and implement new initiatives to enhance operational delivery teams and ensure effective linkages between different components of the Council's services.
  • Maximise income for the Housing Revenue account at all times.
  • Manage waiting lists/allocations and supervise staff as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience of managing waiting lists/allocations and staff supervision.
  • Effective IT, numeracy, communication, and report writing skills.
  • Working knowledge of Choice Based Letting and marketing activities related to housing (desirable).
  • Awareness of good practice across the housing sector and knowledge of performance management systems.

Salary: £38,160 - £40,095 per year.
