European Aftermarket Sales Leader

FOX Factory GmbH is seeking a talented European Aftermarket Sales Leader to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and developing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities- Formulate and execute high-level sales strategies that drive profitability and strategic growth across Europe.
- Oversee diverse sales channels, including direct sales, key accounts, and both inside and outside sales teams.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to communicate customer feedback and support continuous product improvement.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a sales leadership role with comprehensive P&L responsibility.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of €120,000 - €180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
