We are seeking a Senior Carer to join our team, responsible for leading a small team of carers to deliver outstanding care to our residents. You will be a positive role model, with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to get along with others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement care plans through continuous assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Manage your time effectively to support your team and ensure the wellbeing of our residents.
  • Support the Home Manager and lead a team of carers to deliver high-quality care.
