About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at the Lydiard House Hotel and Park. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Catering for guests of The Lydiard House Hotel and external corporate and private clients holding conferences, functions, events, and weddings at The Lydiard House Hotel
  • Ensuring a high-quality offer that meets customer expectations and contributes to the financial performance of the Park
  • Working with a team of experienced chefs to deliver exceptional food and service
  • Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and health and safety
  • Participating in cleaning rotas and daily fridge checks to ensure a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
  • Significant relevant experience in a senior catering role
  • Experience in hospitality, conference, and event catering
  • Relevant catering qualification and full Food Hygiene Certificate
  • HACCP training and sound working knowledge of industry standards for food hygiene and health and safety
  • Fluency in the English language
