Primary Education Specialist Opportunity

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

We offer a supportive environment and excellent CPD training to our staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools to provide high-quality education and care.

As a Primary Education Specialist, you will be part of a dedicated team that works together to create individualized learning plans, promote social skills, and engage students in their educational journey. You will also have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team, including teaching assistants, therapists, and other professionals, to ensure student success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement personalized educational programs
  • Foster a positive classroom atmosphere and promote social skills
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure student progress
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of ASD/PMLD and SLD students and their specific needs
  • Experience working in primary education or PMLD setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
