Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SEN Teaching Professional to join our team at Philosophy Education. The role involves working with a class of 6 pupils with special educational needs, teaching a broad curriculum and supporting students to make progress through various learning activities.

About the Position

This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced SEND teachers and leaders in curriculum planning and preparation, and teach a range of subjects to pupils with moderate to severe learning disabilities.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualified and experienced teacher with previous experience in a special needs school or a mainstream primary or secondary teacher
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is approximately £35,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer excellent training and professional development opportunities, and long-term career progression options.
