About the Role

TikTok is committed to creating a safe and empowering online community. As a Content Quality Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of content on our platform. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct quality assessments of policy applications in French markets, evaluating the effectiveness of our content moderation processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct root cause data analysis and summarize findings
  • Provide QA reports to content quality centre team members and act as liaison to ensure consistent quality measurements
  • Work closely with Local Operations and Safety teams, and act as escalation point of contact for policy-related questions, issues, and solutions
  • Participate in and occasionally facilitate coaching and calibration sessions to ensure consistent policy application

Requirements

  • More than ten months of experience working on content quality, safety, or policy in a major tech or media company
  • Deep understanding of European online safety, privacy, and expression issues
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role
  • Resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role
  • Ability to work differing work shifts as required
  • Fluent in required language and professional fluency in English (written and verbal)
