Technical Compliance Specialist

Job Summary:The Technical Compliance Officer will be responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and reporting on the legislation, standards, delivery, and risk compliance of Hard FM services. This will involve reviewing and maintaining the Estates Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems to ensure they are consistently reviewed and maintained.
Key Responsibilities:- Be professionally responsible and accountable for the monitoring, inspection, and reporting on the legislation, standards, delivery, and risk compliance of Hard FM services.
- Review and maintain the Estates CAFM systems to ensure they are consistently reviewed and maintained.
- Assist in ensuring the corporate objectives of NHS Grampian are achieved.
- Educated to degree level in business or technical management or demonstrable equivalent experience in the management of compliance in a technical environment.
- Expert knowledge of CAFM/CMMS systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
