Technical Compliance Specialist

Job Summary:The Technical Compliance Officer will be responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and reporting on the legislation, standards, delivery, and risk compliance of Hard FM services. This will involve working closely with the Head of MaTS to ensure that the Estates Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems are reviewed and maintained consistently.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and report on the compliance of Hard FM services with relevant legislation and standards.
- Inspect and review the Estates CAFM systems to ensure they are maintained consistently.
- Work closely with the Head of MaTS to ensure that compliance objectives are met.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve compliance and reduce risk.
- Provide expert knowledge and guidance on CAFM/CMMS systems.
- Educated to degree level in business or technical management or demonstrable equivalent experience in the management of compliance in a technical environment.
- Expert knowledge of CAFM/CMMS systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrable evidence of the NHS and Social Care values: Care & Compassion, Dignity & Respect, Openness, Honesty & Responsibility, Quality & Teamwork.
