Purchasing Administrator Job Summary: Flowtech is seeking a highly motivated Purchasing Administrator to join our team in Dungannon, Co. Tyrone. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our purchasing processes, including allocating stock to sales and works orders, monitoring component orders, and communicating with the sales team regarding availability against demand.

The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and MS Office, and experience with operating systems, preferably Sage Line 200. A strategic thinker with excellent time management and organisational skills, the successful candidate will also possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocating stock to sales and works orders.
  • Monitoring component orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicating regularly with the sales team regarding availability against demand.

Requirements:
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
  • Experience with operating systems, preferably Sage Line 200.

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
