We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Purchasing Administrator to join our team at Flowtech. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for managing the entire purchasing process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock allocation to sales and works orders">
  • Component order monitoring to ensure timely delivery">
  • Sales team communication regarding availability against demand">
  • Daily cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels">
  • Supplier acknowledgement performance assessment and monitoring">
  • Purchase order progression and monitoring">
  • Operating system information maintenance">
  • Customer return control">
  • Warehouse KPI driving">
  • Logistics arrangement and shipment performance monitoring">
  • Outbound freight service quality assurance">
  • General administrative duties">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Strong IT skills, including intermediate level Excel and MS Office">
  • Experience with operating systems, preferably Sage Line 200, with knowledge of B.O.M / Works Order">
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy of work">
  • A strategic thinker able to act on initiative">
  • Confident in tackling problems">
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills">
  • Able to develop in their role, learning new skills to enhance their position in the company">
  • Holding great administrative skills">
  • Able to establish strong team relationships and work effectively in a group environment">

Estimated Salary: £27,500 per annum
