We're seeking a talented and driven Commercial Partnerships Associate to join our team at Bloom & Wild. As a key member of our commercial team, you'll play a crucial role in driving growth and revenue through strategic partnerships.

About the Role

As a Commercial Partnerships Associate, you'll be responsible for identifying and prioritizing new growth opportunities through partnerships. You'll work closely with our Brand and Marketing teams to develop and execute partnership strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and prioritize potential partners to seek new growth opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including brands, companies, and influencers
  • Collaborate with our commercial team to structure partnerships and develop assets required for outreach
  • Manage the launch and ongoing management of commercial partnerships
  • Evaluate the success of campaigns and provide insights for future improvements
What You'll Need
  • Recent or current graduate with a strong interest in international business, marketing, or economics
  • Previous sales, partnerships, or account management experience is a plus
  • Collaborative style that enables you to work with a range of different people and teams
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for delivering impactful results
