About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Team Administrator to join our team at Big Fish Little Fish. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our business.

Job Summary

This role involves providing administrative support to our Operations Team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. As an ideal candidate, you will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have experience working with Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process change of tenancy applications efficiently and effectively.
  • Organize meter exchanges, removals, and upgrades with attention to detail.
  • Manage escalated debt proceedings with our Legal Team and field agents.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and live chat to resolve queries.
  • Run commission reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Liaise with external supply chain partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
What We Offer

In this role, you can expect a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on your experience. You will also have the opportunity to work with a talented team, develop your skills, and contribute to the growth of our business.

Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in administration or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software packages.
