As an Assistant Manager at Halfords, you will play a key role in driving business performance and delivering exceptional customer experience. You will work closely with the Centre Manager to provide productive management and leadership, focusing on profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of technicians to deliver high-quality services and meet customer expectations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and analyze sales and customer data to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with the Centre Manager to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £26,780 to £32,136 per annum
  • An average uncapped bonus of £7,100 per year
  • 5 days a week, with opportunities for overtime
  • A range of benefits, including 5.6 weeks' annual leave, discounts on garage bills and Halfords products, and access to a cycle to work scheme
