At Halfords, we're looking for a skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As the ideal candidate, you'll have a strong background in automotive service and maintenance, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As an Assistant Manager, you'll work closely with the Center Manager to drive business performance and profitability. You'll be responsible for providing coaching and training to colleagues, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

We're offering a competitive salary of £27,845 per annum, with an uncapped bonus scheme and excellent benefits package. You'll also have access to hybrid training and the opportunity to progress your career within the company.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience delivering high customer satisfaction through effective management
  • Ability to coach and train colleagues in a fast-paced environment
  • Technical or mechanical ability
  • Experience of meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety
  • Excellent communication and IT skills
  • Good time management and a current valid driving license
