Company Overview: La Prairie is a Swiss luxury brand known for its pioneering cellular anti-aging therapies. We are seeking a highly skilled Beauty Therapist to join our team at the La Prairie Counter and Spa in Harvey Nichols, Leeds.

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus discretionary commission scheme.

Job Description: As a part-time Beauty Therapist/Consultant, you will work 2 days a week, ensuring a delightful and exceptional personalised skincare luxury service to our discerning clients. Your main responsibilities will include making smart business decisions based on brand and business ambition, achieving sales objectives, guaranteeing meaningful business relationships across the store, and maintaining retail excellence.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Make smart business decisions based on brand and business ambition
  • Achieve the sales objectives based on retention and recruitment of clients, especially High Net Worth Individuals and existing VIPs.
  • Guarantee meaningful business relationships across the store, especially with Personal Shoppers, concierges, etc.
  • Ensure retail excellence is performed at all times, maintaining the highest standards of housekeeping and retail standards are maintained at the point of sale.
  • Create a deep connection with the client to understand their needs, build trust and long-lasting relationship.
  • Pro-actively introduce and recommend relevant products, ensuring a personalised 1:1 luxury and professional service at all times.
  • Maintain the relationship through engaging the Client through La Prairie Clienteling tools and systems.
  • Be knowledgeable on all products, ensuring the heritage, skin science and benefits are always conveyed in a relevant way to the client.
  • Ensure exceptional service through encouraging the application of products either on counter or within the cabin.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Applicants must possess an NVQ level 3 in Beauty Therapy, experience of providing high quality skincare treatments to clients, client focussed and dedicated to providing a luxury experience, polished, approachable and friendly communication skills, and dedicated to achieving/exceeding KPI's.
