Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for luxury fashion, social media, and customer service. As a Luxury Personal Shopping Expert, you will be responsible for facilitating online and social media purchase leads, conducting shopping opportunities online, and engaging with customers to inspire fashion styling and drive sales.

You will work closely with the internal departments to improve the overall customer journey and provide timely outreach to clients. Your excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and commercial acumen will enable you to boost customer spend, grow customer engagement, and drive customer retention.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate all online and social media purchase leads across all Flannels E-com and social media channels.
  • Conduct shopping opportunities online and engage with clients through chat-based media to receive product requests and confirm sales.
  • Respond to customer comments and requests online, including special online promotions and talent takeovers.
  • Create and maintain customer profiles via Flannels' clienteling tool and build and own a personal client book.
  • Research, source, and find products to satisfy clients' requests and needs, ensuring prompt response to all enquiries.
Qualifications and Experience:

To succeed in this role, you will need a Fashion or Marketing degree or previous experience in the luxury consumer retail sector. You must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, excellent customer service, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS office, including Word, Excel, CMS, CRM, and Clienteling system, is also essential.
