Digital Health Communications Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Communications Officer to join our team at Digital Health and Care Wales. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to promote our work and engage with stakeholders.
Main Duties of the Job
The post holder will be responsible for preparing and distributing press releases, working closely with the wider communications team to promote Digital Health and Care Wales.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of traditional communications channels, social and digital media, and engagement. They will be adept at researching new channels, working under pressure, and an excellent writer.

Digital Health and Care Wales is part of the NHS Wales family and has an important role in changing the way health and care services are delivered through technology and data. We support frontline staff with modern systems and access to important information about their patients, while empowering the people of Wales to manage their own health through digital NHS Wales services.
