We are seeking a highly skilled MICE Sales Professional to join our team at Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial plans to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement commercial plans to drive business growth and revenue.
  2. Work closely with the hotel General Manager, Sales Effectiveness Director, and Revenue team to align strategies and tactics.
  3. Utilize market intelligence to develop strategic plans and ensure the hotel remains competitive.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service and support to drive sales and revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the MICE market and its trends.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in the latest technology tools and software.
