About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Systems Development Specialist to join our team in the Information Technology Clinical Systems (ITCS) - Inpatient service. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the continued stabilisation and optimisation of our recently implemented Apollo Programme.

This is a unique opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of Epic and non-Epic solutions and products that are essential to the smooth running of multiple busy, cutting-edge, highly digitised Pharmacy services across KCH and GSTT.

Main Responsibilities
  • Working closely with external stakeholders to review, design, configure, test and deploy workflows and clinical content within Epic;
  • Supporting end users with issues and problems, resolving their support tickets in a professional and timely fashion;
  • Opportunities to work on specific optimisation projects, software upgrades and other potential expansion of the portfolio and platform;
  • Liaising with Medical Device Integration (MDI), KCH, GSTT and ITCS technology colleagues;
  • Overseeing the work of the Band 6 Analyst;
Key Requirements
  • Degree level qualification or equivalent experience;
  • Evidence of further clinical training in a specific clinical field;
  • Accreditation in at least one Epic module;
  • Evidence of configuration expertise used in an Enterprise solution;
  • ISEB Business Analysis Diploma;
  • PRINCE2 Foundation;
About You

We are looking for someone who has a strong aptitude for digital systems, is a natural born problem solver and can juggle multiple deadlines while maintaining strong working relationships.

A proven track record in interpreting business/clinical requirements and considering the impact on IT services would be beneficial.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £54,320-£60,981 per year inclusive of HCAS, and a permanent full-time contract.
