Job Title: Sales Territory Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our team at Silbo Select Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a territory of key accounts in the South East region.

The ideal candidate will have excellent sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus an excellent bonus structure and a company car.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading organisation in the production of cutting tools for metalwork, including turning, grooving, milling and boring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage a territory of key accounts in the South East region.
  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • To work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • To provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field, such as sales or marketing.
  • Proven track record of sales success, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
