We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Search. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing existing client accounts and developing new business opportunities in the Business Support market.
About the Role:
- Previous experience working within a 360-recruitment role or proven sales experience.
- The ability to create new business and manage existing client accounts.
- A desire to progress and quickly develop in the business.
- A can-do attitude that can remain motivated and resilient.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Uncapped commission structures including monthly, quarterly & annual payments.
