As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to build a fast-developing team and contribute to our ambition to be the search and selection recruiter of choice within our market sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a strong professional brand in a competitive marketplace
  • Conduct candidate interviews and qualify them against current live roles
  • Manage new and existing candidate/business relationships
  • Targeted candidate mapping via LinkedIn, Job Boards & other sources
  • Tailor candidate CVs to support their application
