As a Behavioural Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs, promoting their emotional and psychological wellbeing, and helping them develop the life skills they require to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Observe and monitor customer behaviours, identifying triggers and alleviating factors
- Plan and implement effective interventions to modify and resolve behaviours
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, families, and other professionals
- Participate in reviewing and designing Behavioural Support Plans
- Implement Behaviour Support Plans, measuring goals and objectives to ensure successful outcomes
Requirements:
- NVQ Level or equivalent
- Minimum years of experience working with customers with Autism/Behaviour that challenges and Diabetics
- Good IT skills
- Driver's license
