Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Behavioural Support Practitioner to join our team at Look Ahead. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about supporting individuals with Autism/Behaviour that challenges and Diabetics.

About the Role

This challenging yet rewarding role involves working closely with our customers, providing support tailored to their individual needs, while ensuring their safety and well-being. As a Specialist Behavioural Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in helping our customers develop independent living skills, managing their emotions, and building meaningful relationships.

You will be responsible for conducting behaviour analyses, developing and implementing behaviour support plans, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of customer progress and participate in regular reviews to assess the effectiveness of interventions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • NVQ Level or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum years of experience working with customers with Autism/Behaviour that challenges and Diabetics
  • Good IT skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
