Rail Network & Telecom Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Rail Network & Telecom Design Engineer to join our team at microTECH Global LTD in London, United Kingdom. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality rail communications system design infrastructure packages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver technical solutions within budgetary, programme, and quality requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete rail telecommunications infrastructure projects.
  • Design and develop telecoms engineering solutions, ensuring constructability and compliance with CDM Regulations.
  • Attend site inspections and surveys to inform design decisions.
  • Produce clear and concise calculations, reports, and sketches to current CoP, standards, and best practice.
Requirements:
  • Experience in rail network and telecom design engineering.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodology and BIM principles.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of GBP £35,000 to £38,000 per annum.
  • A hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
