Childrens Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team at SCR social care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to young people from traumatic backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a team to deliver a high standard of care at all times
  • Support service users to maximise their choices, rights, and decisions
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, colleagues, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a care environment
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Empathetic and non-judgmental approach
  • Dedicated and committed with a 'can-do' attitude
  • Level 3 in Residential Childcare/Children & Young People (desirable but not essential)
  • UK Driving Licence
