Trade Branch Manager Position

About the Role:
As a Trade Branch Manager at Eurocell Group PLC, you will be responsible for leading a small team to achieve sales and branch targets. Your primary focus will be on developing relationships with customers, enhancing the sales and customer experience within the branch, and managing day-to-day branch operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a small team to achieve sales and branch targets
• Develop relationships with customers and enhance the sales and customer experience within the branch
• Manage day-to-day branch operations and the branch team to deliver excellence
• Manage team absences and deployment
• Support the regional teams with recruitment
• Provide exceptional customer service and operational standards
Requirements:
• Hands-on approach, leading by example, and focused on driving the team to reach sales and branch targets
• Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets
• Customer-focused approach, happy to serve customers and proactively engage with potential future customers
• Commercial approach to drive sales and maximise margins, ensuring customers always walk away happy
• Good organisational skills, drive, and leadership abilities to manage a branch effectively
• Full and valid driving license is essential
• Strong management skills and experience of leading a team
• Experience within a similar management role ideally in a trade/builders merchant/retail, glazing, or uPVC environment could be a distinct advantage
