Fintelligent Search is seeking a skilled Mortgage Case Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Mortgage Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing a pipeline of second charge mortgage applications through to completion, reviewing new cases and underwriting them according to lender criteria, handling all necessary administrative tasks, communicating with customers both in writing and verbally, and requesting information from third parties like mortgage companies and solicitors.

What We Offer

Our comprehensive package includes an annual salary starting at £23,000, rising to £25,000 post-probation, private healthcare with Vitality Health, rising holiday entitlement up to 30 days, and birthday off, 'Freebie Fridays', and more.

Requirements

  • Experience working to sales targets
  • Background in an outbound call environment
  • Ability to adapt quickly to industry changes
  • Experience in a busy environment
