About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Professional. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients while advancing your career and expanding your skillset.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in all branch processes and procedures
- Build positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals
- Assist in the delivery of pharmacy services and provide excellent customer care
- Serve as an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy, representing the company and interacting with the community on a daily basis
Requirements
- NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course
- Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification
- Experience working in a customer-focused environment
- Strong understanding of confidentiality and ability to handle medications accurately
- Self-motivated and proactive individual with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Previous customer service training (optional)
