Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop the Major Trauma Occupational Therapy team, ensuring the delivery of a comprehensive and specialist service.
- Stand in for the Head of Service in their absence and represent Occupational Therapy at Trust-wide meetings.
- Manage the team's workload, providing day-to-day support, supervision, and organization.
- Support the Head of Service in the day-to-day management of the department.
- Be professionally and legally accountable for your own actions, working with no supervision.

Person Specification- To hold a degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy.
- To have extensive demonstrable experience as an Occupational Therapist in the physical field.

- To have demonstrable experience in leading a team of Occupational therapy staff.
