Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Homecare Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for delivering specialist treatment to patients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Travel throughout a regional area to deliver haematological and solid tumour chemotherapy treatments as defined in the patient's care plan.
- Buil long-lasting relationships with patients, carers, and stakeholders to support treatment and recovery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and demonstrate clinical competency while staying compliant with business policies and procedures.
- A salary of £38,480 - £42,640 per annum, depending on experience.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including a company car or car allowance (£4887), NMC fees paid, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, contribution-based pension scheme, and private medical insurance (after qualifying period).
- A full UK driving licence is essential for regional travel to visit patients at home.
- The ability to work autonomously and make decisions in line with our clinical governance framework.
