Job Overview


The successful candidate will provide professional services to clients, patients, and healthcare providers, supporting patients with rare and orphan diseases and common conditions, in the comfort of their own homes, with a focus on patient-centered care.



Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in providing excellent standards of patient care on behalf of the client and associated healthcare professionals
  • Teach patients, carers, or family members to self-administer therapy, or administer therapies to patients in accordance with service specific protocols
  • Participate in telephone calls, virtual calls, and home visits as part of Patient Support Programmes
  • Assist in providing solutions to support the patient and healthcare professional in delivering a seamless service between hospital and home
  • Ensure a high standard of service is established and always delivered for all customers and patients
  • Travel requirements across regions


Requirements



  • Registered Nurse on NMC register
  • Subcutaneous injection experience
  • Computer literate


Competitive Salary Package


£45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
