About The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our expanding Supported Living Region in the Midlands. Our brand new 5-bed supported living service, Comberton, provides support for adults with learning disabilities, mental health difficulties, and physical disabilities. We support individuals to achieve their personal goals and reach their full potential as they live in their own home. Our home has been purpose-built to meet the needs of the individuals we support, and we have a large garden where you can support and join the individuals in growing their own vegetables and herbs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Individual Outcome and Wellbeing: Implement person-centered support plans and promote independence.
- Activity Planning: Develop flexible, engaging activity plans that promote autonomy and personal growth.
