About the Role

Are you passionate about providing high-quality support to children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We are seeking a highly skilled Crisis Intervention Coordinator to lead our Short Breaks program, delivering enriching care experiences that make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Strategic Development Plan for the Short Breaks service, ensuring safe, compliant, and engaging experiences for children and young people with SEND.
  • Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead, overseeing safeguarding and administrative staff, and ensuring compliance with Ofsted registration and other relevant regulations.
  • Foster strong relationships with families, schools, and external agencies, promoting equality and meeting all regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • Possess a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care, Childcare, or a related field, with at least 1 year of experience managing services for children and young people with SEND.
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership and management skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
