About the Role

We are currently looking for a highly skilled NDT Manager to join our team at AWE Plc. As an NDT Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving quality assurance in all asset integrity NDT operations.

You will work closely with the central Condition Based Maintenance team to deliver an effective Asset Condition Management program across the business. Key responsibilities include creating a database of assets requiring NDT application, identifying relevant failure modes and NDT techniques, and managing recruitment processes.

To succeed in this role, you must have strong leadership skills and be able to motivate and guide a team. You should also have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In terms of qualifications and experience, candidates must possess a strong background in NDT principles and practices. Experience in a similar role or in a related field would be highly desirable. The estimated salary for this position is £55,900 per annum.
